Terms of Use

Overview

Remindbnb is provided by Albert Third, LLC ("Remindbnb," "we," "our," or "us"). Remindbnb is a tool that generates time-based reminders related to short-term rental bookings. These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Remindbnb website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Nature of the Service

Remindbnb is a reminder tool designed to help short-term rental hosts stay organized. It uses your booking and calendar information, together with the settings you configure, to create reminders and notifications related to hosting tasks. It is important to understand what Remindbnb is and is not:

• Remindbnb does not manage your property or perform any hosting tasks on your behalf.
• Remindbnb does not guarantee that any task will be completed.
• Remindbnb does not replace your responsibilities as a property host.

You remain fully responsible for operating your property and fulfilling all of your obligations as a host.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide a reliable service, reminders, notifications, calendar data, and synchronization are not guaranteed to be timely, complete, accurate, or continuously available. We cannot and do not guarantee that:

• Notifications will be delivered on time or at all.
• Calendar data will sync correctly, completely, or continuously.
• The Service will be available without interruption.

Reminder delivery and calendar synchronization may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Your device settings and configurations
• Operating system behavior, including notification and background activity restrictions
• Internet or network connectivity issues
• Third-party services such as Apple, Google, Airbnb, or Vrbo
• Delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate calendar feeds
• Service outages
• Your own reminder configuration
• Software defects

User Responsibility

This section is particularly important. By using Remindbnb, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all tasks related to hosting your property.
• You will not rely on Remindbnb as your sole system for important, time-sensitive, safety-related, property-protection, or guest-related tasks.
• You will maintain your own backup systems, checks, or processes to ensure important tasks are completed.

Remindbnb is designed as a convenience tool to supplement your existing workflows, not as a primary operational system for managing your property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Remindbnb shall not be liable for any:

• Missed tasks or incomplete actions
• Guest complaints, issues, or negative reviews
• Property damage of any kind
• Lost income or business interruption
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages arise from:

• Missed or delayed notifications
• Calendar synchronization failures
• Software bugs, errors, or service outages
• Any other use of or inability to use the Service

Third-Party Integrations

Remindbnb may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including but not limited to Airbnb, Vrbo, iCal calendar providers, Apple, and Google.

We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or completeness of data provided by third-party services
• The availability or reliability of third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs, systems, or policies

Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and conditions.

Account and Usage

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using any features
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Free and Pro

Remindbnb offers a Free tier and an optional paid Pro tier. A subscription is not required to use the Free tier. Pro provides additional features and/or higher usage limits, as described in the app.

Auto-Renewal

Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the applicable renewal date, subject to the rules of the applicable store and to applicable law. Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased.

Pricing

The price, billing period, currency, applicable taxes, and any applicable offer are shown by the applicable store before you complete your purchase.

Cancellation

You manage and cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, using your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal rather than immediately ending the current paid period. Pro access ordinarily continues through the end of the period you have paid for, subject to store rules and applicable law.

Uninstalling the Remindbnb app does not cancel a subscription, and deleting your Remindbnb account does not itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through the applicable store. See Delete Account for how account deletion works.

Expiration and Downgrade

If a Pro subscription expires or otherwise becomes inactive, the account returns to the Free tier. Existing account data is not automatically deleted solely because the subscription ends. If the account exceeds the then-current Free-tier usage limits, future reminder automation may be paused and previously scheduled future reminders may be canceled or removed until the account is brought within the Free-tier limits or Pro access is restored. You may continue to access and manage your account subject to the features and limits of the Free tier.

Refunds

Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which the subscription was purchased and applicable law. Refund eligibility and processing are handled through the applicable store, except where otherwise required by law.

Restoring Purchases

Eligible purchases may be restored in the app, subject to your applicable store account and its purchase records.

Changes to Plans and Pricing

We may change our features, plan limits, subscription offerings, and pricing going forward. We generally will not materially reduce the core paid benefits of a subscription period you have already purchased, except where reasonably necessary for legal, security, technical, or third-party service reasons. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and the requirements of the applicable store.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the Service, including adding or removing features, changing functionality, or discontinuing the Service entirely. Changes affecting a subscription period you have already purchased are handled as described under "Changes to Plans and Pricing" above.

Except as described above, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and the requirements of the applicable store.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
