Remindbnb is a reminder tool designed to help short-term rental hosts stay organized. It is important to understand what Remindbnb is and is not:

  • Remindbnb does not manage your property or perform any hosting tasks on your behalf.
  • Remindbnb does not guarantee that any task will be completed.
  • Remindbnb does not replace your responsibilities as a property host.

You remain fully responsible for operating your property and fulfilling all of your obligations as a host.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot and do not guarantee that:

  • Notifications will be delivered on time or at all.
  • Calendar data will sync correctly or continuously.
  • The Service will be available without interruption.

Notification delivery and calendar synchronization may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Your device settings and configurations
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Third-party services such as Apple, Google, Airbnb, or VRBO

User Responsibility

This section is particularly important. By using Remindbnb, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for all tasks related to hosting your property.
  • You will not rely exclusively on Remindbnb for critical operations.
  • You will maintain your own backup systems, checks, or processes to ensure important tasks are completed.

Remindbnb is designed as a convenience tool to supplement your existing workflows, not as a primary operational system for managing your property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Remindbnb shall not be liable for any:

  • Missed tasks or incomplete actions
  • Guest complaints, issues, or negative reviews
  • Property damage of any kind
  • Lost income or business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages arise from:

  • Missed or delayed notifications
  • Calendar synchronization failures
  • Software bugs, errors, or service outages
  • Any other use of or inability to use the Service

Third-Party Integrations

Remindbnb may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including but not limited to Airbnb, VRBO, iCal calendar providers, Apple, and Google.

We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy or completeness of data provided by third-party services
  • The availability or reliability of third-party services
  • Changes to third-party APIs, systems, or policies

Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and conditions.

Account and Usage

When using the Service, you agree to:
