Common Questions
What if check-out times vary by booking?
Remindbnb uses the check-out time from your Airbnb or VRBO calendar feed, not a fixed hour. Each booking gets the correct timing.
What if a booking is canceled or moved?
Remindbnb resyncs every few hours. When bookings change, reminder times update automatically.
Can my cleaner see these reminders?
Not by default. You can share your synced calendar with cleaners, or share the Remindbnb calendar link separately.
Do I still need a cleaner schedule spreadsheet?
Yes. Remindbnb doesn't replace your spreadsheet or shared ops doc. It's for personal reliability—the right nudge at the right moment so you don't forget to confirm.
